At M&M Premier, we strive to make the bidding and estimation process a simple process. We specialize in building a custom project the way you want it built. We can bid on your completed plans that were created by an architect, or we can help you through the process of designing your own plans and picking your specifications to customize your project.
Once the size and specifications have been decided, it will typically take 2-3 weeks for a final bid price on your project . Our pricing includes, unless otherwise specified, the cost of prepping the lot for the foundation and all aspects of the building process including but not limited to site work, construction and finishing of the structure as well as complete irrigation and landscaping.
Roofing projects receive the same level of attention whether new construction or a re-roof. Free inspections and estimates are available for those who may have received storm damage. Each client is presented with material selections to meet individual specifications including composition shingles, metal, stone coated metal, concrete tiles or slate. After material selections have been made and the entire scope of the project has been decided, estimates are normally complete within 24 hours.
